- 1 silver catfish- washed with tamarind and salt water
- ½ cm of turmeric live - need to be blended
- 20 pcs of chilli fire (red & green) - mix chilli & blend
- 2 pieces of turmeric leaf - cut into rough pieces
- ½ senduk tempoyak
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Banana leaves or turmeric leaves to wrap fish
- Toothpick
Cooking Method ;
- Combine ingredients that have been blended with salt, sugar and tempoyak.
- Mix well and stir in silver catfish. Make sure the whole fish is covered with the ingredients.
- Sprinkle turmeric leaves on the fish.
- Wrap and bake until cooked. If you want to pack the fish properly, put the toothpick on the leaves to cover the fish.
