Hello guys ! Today I will like to write about the recipes of Gulai Patin Tempoyak INGREDIENTS ; 1 silver catfish ( 1.2 - 1.5 kg ) 15-20 cili padi ( you can mix the cili padi with thai chili ) turmeric live 2-3 inches 2 or 3 senduk tempoyak salt kesum leaves 2 asam keping  600 - 800ml water COOKING METHOD ; Cut and wash silver catfish with lemon acid. Add the prepared fish to the basin. Punch the chilli fire and a little salt. When it is crunched enter the turmeric live. Prepare a pot on the kitchen. Put 600 - 800ml of water into a pot. Add the pounded chilli with salt and turmeric into the pot. If it is not yellow you can enter a little bit of turmeric powder. Open the gas stove. Add salt and asam keping into the pot. When the water has boiled add the silver catfish into the pot. Slow down the fire. Then add the kesum leaves. Mix well and wait for the silver catfish to cook until the water is boiling.
