- 1 silver catfish ( 1.2 - 1.5 kg )
- 15-20 cili padi ( you can mix the cili padi with thai chili )
- turmeric live 2-3 inches
- 2 or 3 senduk tempoyak
- salt
- kesum leaves
- 2 asam keping
- 600 - 800ml water
COOKING METHOD ;
- Cut and wash silver catfish with lemon acid.
- Add the prepared fish to the basin.
- Punch the chilli fire and a little salt. When it is crunched enter the turmeric live.
- Prepare a pot on the kitchen. Put 600 - 800ml of water into a pot.
- Add the pounded chilli with salt and turmeric into the pot. If it is not yellow you can enter a little bit of turmeric powder.
- Open the gas stove.
- Add salt and asam keping into the pot.
- When the water has boiled add the silver catfish into the pot. Slow down the fire. Then add the kesum leaves.
- Mix well and wait for the silver catfish to cook until the water is boiling.
- Close fire and ready to serve with rice.
