Recipes of Goreng Berlada Patin Fish

- 1 silver catfish
- dried peppers ( blended )
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 1 onion
- 1/2 inches of ginger
- salt and sugar

Ingredients for pounding ;
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 1/2 inches of ginger
Cooking method ;
- Garlic, red onion and ginger are pounded using a mortar
- Clean the fish and cut into small portions.
- Mix the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
- Fry the silver catfish first.
- When the silver catfish had been finish fry put it into a plate.
- Cut the onion into pieces.
- Provide a pan on the gas stove. Add oil. Heat the pan.
- Then, insert the pounded ingredient into the pan.
- When the aroma of ingredients had smelled you can put the onion that had been cut and dried peppers into the pan. Also, put the tomatoes into the pan.
- Then, put some salt and sugar adequately. Wait until cooked. Put it on the silver catfish on the plate.
- Ready to serve.
