Recipes of Goreng Berlada Patin Fish


Ingredients ;
  • 1 silver catfish
  • dried peppers ( blended )
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 inches of ginger
  • salt and sugar
  • tomato

Ingredients for pounding ;
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 1/2 inches of ginger

Cooking method ;
  1. Garlic, red onion and ginger are pounded using a mortar
  2. Clean the fish and cut into small portions.
  3. Mix the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Fry the silver catfish first.
  5. When the silver catfish had been finish fry put it into a plate.
  6. Cut the onion into pieces. 
  7. Provide a pan on the gas stove. Add oil. Heat the pan.
  8. Then, insert the pounded ingredient into the pan.
  9. When the aroma of ingredients had smelled you can put the onion that had been cut and dried peppers into the pan. Also, put the tomatoes into the pan.
  10. Then, put some salt and sugar adequately. Wait until cooked. Put it on the silver catfish on the plate.
  11. Ready to serve.
